Peter Fuda: Public Speaker. Business Advisor. Facilitator. Media Commentator. Researcher.

In 2001 at age 29, Peter left his senior change role at Westpac Banking Corporation to establish a boutique management consultancy specialising in business transformation and alignment. Since then, the organisation has achieved average compound growth exceeding 50% p.a. whilst simultaneously creating CEO referenceability and case studies with a blue chip clientele including Westpac, Philips, Bayer, MasterCard, Promina, CSC, Crown Casino, Dun & Bradstreet, Thiess, Laserlite, and The Hong Kong, NSW and Queensland Governments, among many others. Peter has acted as a personal leadership coach to more than 50 CEOs and senior executives, facilitated in excess of 1,000 executive team workshops, and led dozens of high-level CEO "think tanks".

Peter is presently completing his Doctorate in Leadership Transformation at Macquarie University. He holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Management, and a First Class honours degree in History; both from the University of Sydney. He is also an academically trained and qualified business researcher.

Peter's ideas and approaches to management practice have been published in some of the region's leading business journals including The Bulletin, South China Morning Post, The Sydney Morning Herald, BRW, Australian Financial Review, Human Capital Magazine and Management Today. Peter is a regular guest on the Sky Business Report, the ABC's Business Today program, and ABC Radio. He has completed dozens of speaking engagements in Australia, NZ and Asia and lectured at the universities of Sydney, NSW and Macquarie. Most recently, Peter's work has been featured in Dunphy & Jones' landmark book In Great Company, Unlocking the Secrets of Cultural Transformation.

In 2005, Peter founded the Young Leaders Foundation; an initiative which teaches leadership skills to students from selected NSW public schools in the Sydney region, and pairs these schools with corporate mentors to execute community-based initiatives.
